All bookings are made with Adventure Tours, whose registered office is at 238-239 Somdutt Chambers – II, 9 Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi – 110066, India. Adventure Tours (hereunder referred to as AT) is recognized with Department of Tourism, Government of India, Delhi

On booking, a trip with us your client(s) must be able to understand the risks and hazards that are involved in our activities and must be physically and mentally prepared for the same. Any existing medical problems should be mentioned at the time of reservation so that we can give the necessary guidance for a suitable trip.

It is important that your client(s) be adequately insured for the full duration of their trip and the insurance should cover medical expenses, injury, death, cost of repatriation, helicopter evacuation. A cancellation insurance is also advisable. All baggage and belongings are entirely at the client(s) own risk at all times and we will not take responsibility of loss, damage or accident to any luggage or property.

The client(s) remain at all times responsible for their personal safety. In the event of illness, accident, emergency medical evacuation either by foot, vehicle, helicopter or otherwise, the responsibility for the payment of such costs lies with the client(s) and should be paid directly.

Should you wish to make a cancellation, the following scale of charges will apply:
* Cancellation between 6 and 4 weeks before arrival: 20% of trip cost
* Cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks before arrival: 40% of trip cost
* Cancellation between 2 and 1 weeks before arrival: 60% of trip cost
* Cancellation within 1 week before arrival and no show: 100% of trip cost
* Cancellations are only possible through email, where the date of sending is the date of cancellation.

Adventure Tours cannot be liable for consequences of modifications in the planned itinerary as a result of unforeseen and not controllable circumstances in the travel area, such as weather conditions, flight cancellations, strikes, wars, riots or any untoward incidents. Possible changes are made in consultation with the client(s). The final decision and responsibility lies with Adventure Tours, decided by the local guide / in charge and will be in the best and safest interest of the client(s). Any extra costs, such as hotel / guesthouse accommodation, flights, transfers, etc. that are the result of these modifications, must be paid for directly by the client(s) at that time.
